If a picture says more than a thousand words, how many are there in a 360° video?
Edumersive enhances learning and training experiences and achieves your crew’s total situation awareness. The maritime VR platform allows you all rights to create, develop, evaluate and administer your E-learning content without the intervention of any 3rd party.
Train online, offline, anytime or anywhere? Use virtual-reality headsets for training or rather the familiar PC, smartphone, or tablet? With Edumersive you choose the option suited for your situation and use the three main components of Edumersive.
Creator
The most important component of Edumersive is that you can create your own training scenarios. By using 360° images, videos, just regular pictures, or a well-known PowerPoint presentation or PDF template you create the basis of a scene. Thereafter you can enrich a scene with elements like images, sounds, interaction points, and multiple-choice questions with a simple drag and drop. A few scenes together form a training ready for an individual or a group training session.
Individual VR
A training created with the Edumersive Creator can be viewed individually by users online, offline, anytime, or anywhere. 360° scenarios give the user important context of the whole situation which in combination with interactive elements makes it more effective than standard video training.
Group VR
Edumersive provides the functionality to train scenarios created with the Creator in sync with live feedback to the instructor independently over the internet. The instructor can see live where the users are looking at and what the answers are on multiple choice questions. The answers of individual and group sessions are saved for later viewing by the instructor and can be exported with a multitude of options.
Edumersive makes VR accessible to any organization. User validation, accredited & certified assessment mode, collaboration, statistics dashboard, local onboard installment, and many more features are included in this complete platform.
Edumersive is accredited, certified, and/or recognized by:
- The Netherlands Maritime Authority – Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT)
